Apulian cooking classes
I have been always passionate about local products and traditional cuisine, learning how to cook when I was a small kid from my grandmas, I cannot wait to pass you this knowledge and take you to a trip into Puglia through its food!
During the cooking class I will teach you how to make from scratch three traditional shapes of pasta from Salento, the southern stretch of Puglia. After learning how to make the shapes we will taste our pasta together with a local wine and other local products, all organic and all coming from small farms of the area.
You do not need any special skill to join a cooking class, just lots of curiosity and goodwill, we will have fun!

For anyone who wants to have a unique experience learning something special! For singles, couples, families, group of friends celebrating or even team building events. Pasta is for everyone and it brings shared happiness!
We can accommodate also large groups.
